Return Policy

We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, here’s how returns work:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

• Items damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition will not qualify for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• We do not accept returns on clearance items, perishable kitchen products, or opened food-related items for hygiene reasons.

Please retain your tracking receipt for all returns until your refund is confirmed.
